Good for the kids, but busy

Overall, a decent day out, but expect crowds during peak times.

I had such a fantastic time at Madame Tussauds! I used my London Cluster Ticket and visited last week. The Music Zone Access was brilliant, I got a photo with all my favorite pop stars. Everything was so detailed, it was like they were real people! I stayed for hours just exploring. I absolutely loved it and will tell everyone to go!

Went with my bestie last month, we got the Standard Entry Ticket for the London location. It was so much fun seeing all the celebrity figures, I took a ton of photos with them. It wasn't too crowded when we went, which was nice. A really chill day, would totally go again if I'm ever in London.
Decent experience, minor wait
I purchased the Fast Track Ticket for the London location, hoping to save time. It did cut down on the main entrance queue, which was good. The figures themselves were impressive, especially the Royal Family Experience. My main gripe was that even with Fast Track, there was still a short wait for the Spirit of London Ride. It wasn't a huge deal, maybe 10 minutes, but still unexpected given the ticket type. Value for money was okay, especially if you get a good deal on the tickets. Staff were friendly enough, and the place was clean.
